Buzzx.io Refund Policy
At Buzzx.io, we value transparency and aim to provide a fair experience for our customers. These refund guidelines outline what you can expect regarding purchases and subscription services.
One-Time Fee & Refunds
All one-time fees for end products are non-refundable. However, if you believe a payment was charged in error, you can submit a written request to our Customer Support team at hello@buzzx.io. This request must be made within 24 hours of the payment date, and only if the associated end products have not been downloaded or used outside the Buzzx.io platform, for either personal or commercial purposes.
Refunds will not be processed if the end product has been downloaded or used externally. Our Customer Support team will evaluate refund requests based on several factors, including any breaches of our Terms of Service or misuse of the Buzzx.io platform.
Subscription Fees & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription services at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. To ensure your subscription is not renewed for the next period, please submit your cancellation request at least 7 business days before the renewal date.
Please note that the subscription will remain active until the end of the current period for which payment has been made, and no refunds will be issued for that period.
Dispute Resolution
If a resolution cannot be reached between you and Buzzx.io regarding a refund, you may raise a dispute with our team. We will review all available information and make a final decision, which you agree to accept.
